I, the undersigned member, pledge to abide by the rules and regulation of FIRST HUMAN RIGHTS FOUNDATION (FHRF) and adhere that –

1. I will not violate any Rules and Regulations and discipline of FHRF.
2. All dispute subjects are settling by the permission of National Admin Office to Jurisdiction on H/R only.
3. I also undertake to surrender my identity Card to the National Admn. Office after its expiry and renewal is must for continuations of Membership.
4. I also affirm that if norms are infringed by me or missed I will be solely responsible for any legal proceedings towards me, and my Identity Card along with my post will stand terminated by the organisation and the respected Organisation`s decision will prevail on me.
5. I also assure you that I will not misuse the Identity Card and my respected post bestowed to me.
6. I Also know that printing of any type of Membership application form, Letter head and stationery on the name of FHRF is Strictly Not allowed.
7. I know that I can’t change the format of Logo of FHRF.
8. I know, that strict action will be taken against the member, if found guilty floating the rules and regulations of FHRF and are also punishable law of government of india.
9. Incase of changing in my residence address I am liable to inform the same to the National Admn. Office.
10. In case of loss of the Identity Card it is my responsibility to inform to the National Admn. Office in writing along with the F.I.R. within two days.
11. Active/unit Members should inform directly to Administration office if found any type of violence against Human rights and Civil Liberties.
12. FHRF Will not be responcible for any misuse of identy card/ issued to the member during the course of their membership with FHRF.

I hereby pledge to uphold the constitution of India & sincerely follow & abide by the objective & ideals of FHRF for the unity, integrity, dignity, Iove, peace, justice, non-violence, protection of human rights & civil liberties. I hereby agree and abide by the status of FHRF. I will not violate any norms of the above said organisation and the governing body of FHRF is at liberty & liberty to terminate my post and membership from the organisation immediately without any notice. I fully accept the terms & conditions of the above said organisation & I shall have no claim whatsoever.
